Do you NOT see me on the phone...

So, my company just moved to a new location and I'm now sitting next to someone who's in high demand. My job involves being on the phone much of my day with clients. She knows this.  Why does she insist on holding these impromptu meetings at her desk and the overflow of folks congregate at MY desk.  They're laughing and talking and reaching behind me to drop their trash in my garbage can.  I've given him the "stink eye" once already.  Now his coffee cup is sitting on my desk.  How dare he invade my personal space.

I also have an issue with people who ask me questions or attempt to talk to me when they see me on the phone.  How hard is it to observe a person in conversation, then walk away?  Why would you just hang around and mouth a silent conversation with me while I'm on the phone, just to accommodate your own needs?  These people don't even interrupt with a courteous "excuse me".  They just go into mouthing and the hand jiving as if they're remaking a silent movie.  At least Charlie Chan was funny when he did it.  These folks are just annoying.  I have an open door policy but they are really testing my patience.
